8. RESTORING YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM
You may encounter instances where you will need to restore your operating system.
We recommend you perform one of the following actions below should you encounter
problems.
SYSTEM RESTORE
The following functions apply to the Windows 7 operating system.

Windows 7 incorporates a System Restore feature that allows you to bring back the
operating system to a previous state.
Performing System Restore
On your Windows 7 Desktop,
- Click
- Click on the ‘Search programs and files’ field and enter ‘System Restore’.
- Follow the instructions and select a respective restore point.
Undoing System Restore
On your Windows 7 Desktop,
- Click
- Click on the ‘Search programs and files’ field and enter ‘System Restore’.
- Select ‘Undo my last restoration’ and follow the instructions.
