ASSEMBLY AND SET-UP
Positioning the Brake Lever
Tool Required: 5 mm Allen Wrench
Attaching the Front Fender and the Front Wheel
Tools Required: Phillips Screwdriver, Two (2) 14 mm Wrenches
1 Adjust angle of the brake lever to
a comfortable position for the rider
by turning back and forth.
1 Remove the plastic packing
material from the front fork.
4 Insert the tab on the lock washer
into the hole on the front fork.
2 Securely tighten the bolt using a
5 mm Allen wrench.
2 Insert the front fender into the
front fork and tighten the screw using
a Phillips screwdriver.
5 Tighten the nuts using
two (2) 14 mm wrenches.
3 Insert the wheel into the front
fork with the lock washers on the
outside of the fork.
