21 Motor high temperature
protection has been
activated.
It may be necessary to wait for the
motor to cool down.
22 Throttle failure. Check connections between the throttle and
controller.
If connections are OK then throttle needs to be
replaced.
23 Motor issue. Check connectors between the motor and
controller.
If connections are OK then motor or controller
needs to be replaced. (Motor replacement is
most likely and controller replacement is
less likely)
24 Motor issue. Replace motor.
26 Battery high temperature
protection.
Place the unit in room temperature. When
the battery temperature cools down enough,
normal riding can resume.
If the battery has not cooled down enough in 30
minutes and error code 30 is still on the display,
then motor replacement is most likely.
30 Communication failure. Check connectors between the display and
controller.
If connections are OK then display needs to be
replaced.
