Note: Locate the S2 Calibration Switch and low re hold switch in the bottom-right of the electrical panel on
the main HeatNet board. Also locate the manometer test ports at the bottom of the lter box.
1. Perform pre-start up checks and set up: (follow section "Operating Instructions"; Steps 1-10).
2. Disable any external call for heat and toggle the remote/local switch to REMOTE (follow section
"Operating Instructions"; Steps 11-14).
3. Ignition and pilot adjustment: Toggle the LOW FIRE switch to cycle the boiler then hold at trial for pilot
ignition (follow section "Operating Instructions"; Steps 15-17).
4. Set pilot pressure (follow section “Checking, Adjustment & Operation”) (ame signal should read 5.0 VDC).
5. Set min VFD and low re combustion values: (follow section "Operating Instructions"; Steps 18-25).
6. Record combustion and Delta P at low re.
7. Set max VFD and high re combustion values; (follow section "Operating Instructions"; Step 26).
8. Record combustion and Delta P at high ring rate.
9. Check all combustion results using a calibrated ue gas analyzer.
10. Release the LOW FIRE switch to place boiler in standby.
In addition to completing the FlexCore Series start-up report, complete the control set-up information in the
rear of the HeatNet manual.
