Why is the CH flow switch not working on my RBI Water Heater?

  If the CH flow switch is not working on your RBI Water Heater: 1. Check for electrical continuity between wires connected to terminals 9 & 10 from the field supplied flow switch. 2. If there is no continuity, ensure the pump is working. 3. If the pump is working correctly, check the flow switch.
