Dew Warning ( )
The dew indicator appears when exces-
sive moisture (condensation) has entered
the camcorder. The camcorder will not
operate when this indicator appears.
Place the camcorder in a warm, dry area
until this indicator disappears.
Exposure Indicators (+03)
This indicator appears when you are
adjusting brightness manually using the
EXPOSURE menu. Make sure the
POWER switch is set to CAMERA MAN.

Fade and Wipe Indicators ( FADER)
Press the FADES button to display the
indicator for the fade or wipe effect you
want to select.
Viewfinder Displays (continued)
• FADER appears for black fade.
• MOSAIC appears for mosaic fade.
• DOOR appears for door wipe.
• SCROLL wipe appears for scroll
wipe.

Focus Indicators ( )
These indicators appear when you are
adjusting focus manually using the
FOCUS menu. Make sure the POWER
switch is set to CAMERA MAN.

when the auto-focus system cannot
operate properly.
