Fit the Stainless Steel or Black trims to the fi rebox. The trim brackets are designed to hang over the fl ange on
each side of the fi rebox. Each fl ange has provision to be moved slightly in or out to allow the bracket to fi t. The
anges have a raised square near the base of the fi re. The Velcro pad is fi xed to this by removing the backing from
one side of the pad and pushing fi rmly in place. Then remove backing from the other side. Repeat on opposite
side. Hang trim on brackets and check for level then fi rmly push onto Velcro pads.
Fitting Trim to  rebox
Four sided trims are available as an optional extra with the through wall fi re. This is for use when one or both sides
of the fi re has a hearth lower than the base of the fi re. The method of fi xing is the same as the standard trim.
Optional four sided Trims
The through wall fi re can be installed through an outside wall with the glass on the outside. In these situations a
second glass panel must be ordered and fi tted over the existing glass panel at the time of installation. Please note
Real Fires do not supply any weatherproof fl ashings for the through wall fi re.

Once the installation is complete, instruct the user on the operation of the fi re and complete commissioning
details in the Real Fires user manual.

Check the  re is operating correctly and test for spillage of combustion products.
Fit front fascia panel onto the fi xing screws.

Fit side refl ectors by tilting on an angle locating base onto fascia panels and placing vertical. A retaining clip is
already fi xed to the fi rebox to secure refl ector in place.
