Care and Cleaning

Surface Cooling & Cleaning

Allow surfaces to cool for 20 minutes before cleaning. Clean burn trough every two burns using scraper tool.

Glass and Stainless Steel

Use household glass cleaner for glass/body. Use stainless steel cleaner for stainless parts.

Assembly Step One

Firebox Installation

Remove protective plastic and place the ventless fuel firebox into the center recession of the fireplace.

Operation Step Two

Glass Panel Installation

Insert one side of the glass into the cutout, push until it fits, and repeat for the other side.

Operation Step Three

Fuel Trough Filling

Fill the trough to a maximum of 3/4" from the lip, avoiding overfilling.

Operation Step Four

Lighting the Fireplace

Carefully place the filled trough and light with a long lighter or match. Ensure no fuel is spilled.

Operation Step Five

Adjusting Flame

Use the scraper tool to close the damper for desired flame; half-closed is recommended for max burn time.

Operation Step Six

Extinguishing the Fire

Use the scraper tool to close the damper completely and hold for 5-10 seconds to ensure flame is out.
