PREPARINGYOURPOOL
Beforeyouassembleandinstallyourpoolcleaner,westronglyrecommendyou
carryoutthefollowingstepstoensureyourpoolisreadyforcleanertooperate.
1.Makesurethechemicalbalanceofyourpoolwateriscorrect.
2.Brushyourpoolandletanydebrissettle.
3.Vacuumyourpool,usingamanualvacuumcleaner.
4.Cleanyourpoolfilter,skimmerbasketandpumpstrainerbasket.
5.Closethepoolmaindrain.(Ifyourpoolhasone.)
6.Adjustthepoolreturnlinessothewaterflowisdirecteddownwardtoensurecomplete
cleaningofyourpool.Theflowofwaterfromthereturnline(s)canaffectthe
performanceof,asitcanpushthecleanerawayfromcertainareas,orcauseitto
stayinonesectionofthepool.Toturntheflowdownwardsimply:
Loosenthelockring.
Turntheeyeball,sotheflowisdirecteddownward.
Retightenthelockring.
7.Ifnecessary,replacetheeyeballfittingwiththeReturnLineDivertersuppliedwithyour
poolcleaner.Todoso,simply:
Makesurethepoolpumpisswitchedoff.
Unscrewthelockring.
ReplacetheoriginaleyeballwiththeReturnLineDiverter.
MakesuretheReturnLineDiverterispositionedsoastodirecttheflowdownwards.
