Due to the weight of the indoor cycle, it is recommended that two persons
perform the assembly. Set the studio cycle in a cleared area and remove all
packing materials; do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is
completed.
1. Identify the Rear Stabilizer. While a
second person lifts the rear of the
frame, attach the Rear Stabilizer to
the Frame with two M10 x 60mm
Bolts, four M10 Washers, a Stabilizer
Gasket, two Plastic Washers, and two
M10 Cap Nuts as shown.
2. Support the Front Stabilizer while
a second person lifts the front of the
Frame. Attach the Front Stabilizer to
the Frame with two M10 x 60mm
Bolts, four M10 Washers, a Stabilizer
Gasket, two Plastic Washers and two
M10 Cap Nuts.
