FUEL TANK
Capacity of the fuel tank: 50 litres
approximately.
Fuel filler cap: this is
specific to the vehicle type.
If you have to replace it,
make sure the new cap is of
the same type. Contact your
RENAULT Dealer.
Never handle the cap near a source
of heat or a flame.
System for cutting off the fuel
supply in the event of a severe
impact
Refer to Section 5 for information
on the fuel cut-off system in the
eventofasevereimpact.
Fuel grade
Use fuel which corresponds to the
appropriate octane rating as defined
by the standards in force in each
country.
See Engine specifications.
Make sure that no water
accidentally enters the fuel tank
during filling. The fuel filler cap
and neck must be clean and
dust-free. The fuel must be high
grade.
Do not mix even small
amounts of petrol with
diesel.
