The warranty will be lost when any of the
mandatory reviews scheduled maintenance
was not performed.
Repair or maintenance performed by
Unauthorized service center.
If the motorcycle remained in a UM Authorized
Service Center for an undetermined time
because of a warranty claim, this does not entitle
the consumer to claim compensation for damage
or economic costs or extended warranty.
Not covered by warranty
Defects judged by UM, attributed to lack of
preventive maintenance and service, as
specified in the Owner's Manual or Warranty.
Any problems caused by excessive use, poor
maintenance or careless handling.
Any damage, wear orbreakage due to use of
non-original parts or use of lubricants and/or
additives not recommended by the UM Lohia.
Any motorcycle amended .
Any equipment or accessories including trailers
and side cars installed by third parties, and the
damage that these teams generate the
motorcycle.
Replacement of parts for wear, maintenance
and ingredients.
Motorcycles subjected to overload
Deterioration or corrosion of nickel-plated
parts, powder coated parts, paint, screws and
rubber parts/rubber, which occurs from normal
exposure to the environment and use.
Small changes in viscosity and color of original
lubricant when used.
Premature engine wear by incorrect usage
during in the early kilometers (Running in
Period).
Damage to the motor systems by use of
excessive engine speed (RPM).
Very small vibration, low noise sound, which are
not recognized as faults affecting the
performance of the motorcycle.
Consumption of engine oil, provided they are
within normal parameters.
