3.11 Error Messages
F03 PROBLEM IN THE LID
LOCK’S SAFETY CIRCUIT
SERVICE REQUIRED!
1. Possible cause if the lid is open:
One of the two Hall sensors for detecting the
trunnion is defective or the trunnion magnets
have got dirty or dropped out.
Remedy:
Replace the motorised lid lock or clean or
replace the trunnion.
2. Possible cause if the lid is locked:
One of the two Hall sensors for detecting the
trunnion or the trunnion position is defective.
Remedy:
Replace the motorised lid lock.
3. Possible cause if the error message
appears as the lid is opening:
One of the Hall sensors is defective or the
mechanics is blocked.
Remedy:
Replace the motorised lid lock.
F04 LIDS OPENING OR
CLOSING, OTHERWISE
LID LOCK DEFECTIVE
SERVICE REQUIRED!
Possible cause:
The motorised lid lock does not close correctly.
Probably one of the two Hall sensors for
detecting the trunnion is defective or the
mechanics is blocked.
Remedy:
Replace the motorised lid lock.
F07 MOTOR CONTROL
IS DEFECTIVE
SERVICE REQUIRED!
Trigger:
Communication with the frequency converter
(FU) is faulty or the frequency converter has not
responded.
Possible cause:
The frequency converter is switched off or faulty.
Remedy:
Check the plug-in connections.
Replace the frequency converter.
F09 HOUSING FAN IS OFF
SERVICE REQUIRED!
Possible cause:
1. The housing fan is off.
2. The housing fan has not reached its target
speed.
Remedy:
Replace the fan
F10
ROTOR DOES NOT
ROTATE
BLOCKED?
CASSETTE COVER
FORGOTTEN?
Possible cause:
1. The cassette cover is missing.
2. Material between the rotor and the ring sieve.
3. Motor defective.
Remedy:
1. Insert the cassette cover
2. Remove the material
3. Replace the motor
