F12 SERVICE INTERVAL

Possible cause:
The service interval time has expired.
Remedy:
Do the maintenance work! Call up the service
interval in the menu and reset!

ROTOR DOES NOT

Possible cause:
Hall sensor PCB defective
Remedy:
Replace the Hall sensor PCB
F15 PROBLEM IN
THE FREQUENCY
CONVERTER’S SAFETY
CIRCUIT
SERVICE REQUIRED!
Trigger:
Contact monitoring frequency converter
Cause:
One or both contacts of the relays used for switching
on the frequency converter are defective.
One of the two brake resistors short circuited to earth.
Remedy:
Replace the main board
Replace the brake resistors
F16 MOTOR IS OVERHEATED
START IS NOT POSSIBLE
PLEASE ALLOW TO COOL
DOWN
Possible cause:
The motor is overheated, the thermal contact inside
the motor has triggered. The device can’t be started.
Remedy:
1.Allow the motor to cool down until the °C symbol
disappears
2.Replace the filter, could be dirty and so prevent the
device from cooling down sufficiently!
3. Ambient air too hot (>40°C); cool down the area.
F17 MOTOR OVERHEATED
WAS SWITCHED OFF
PLEASE ALLOW TO COOL
DOWN
CONTINUE WITH STOP
Possible cause:
Thermal contact inside the motor tripped. The motor
was stopped.
Remedy:
1.Let the motor cool down until the °C symbol
disappears
2.Replace the filter, could be dirty and so prevent the
device from cooling down sufficiently!
3. Ambient air too hot (>40°C); Cool down the area.
F18 PROBLEM IN THE
TRANSFORMER’S SAFETY
CIRCUIT
SERVICE REQUIRED!
Possible Cause:
Contact monitoring of the inrush current limiter.
The inrush current limiter’s relay contact is
defective.
Remedy:
Replacing the main board
F26 FREQUENCY CONVERTER
OVERHEATED
START IMPOSSIBLE
PLEASE ALLOW TO COOL
DOWN
Possible cause:
The frequency converter’s thermal contact
tripped and switched off the motor.
Remedy:
1. Let the frequency converter cool down.
2. Open the housing lid, wait 1 minute and then
close the housing lid.
3. Replace the filter, could be dirty and so
prevent the device from cooling down
sufficiently!
4. Ambient air too hot (>40°C); Cool the area!
