What to do if I can't feel the stimulation on my Revitive ProHealth?
    • R
      Robert MarshallJul 29, 2025
If your Revitive Personal Care Product is on but you can't feel the electrical stimulation, ensure both bare feet are placed on the foot-pads simultaneously. Gradually increase the intensity up to 99 until you feel the stimulation. Also, dry feet can reduce conductivity. Moisturize the soles of your feet to improve stimulation. Dehydration can also affect conductivity, so drink plenty of water before and after use. The intensity level might be too low, so increase it gradually until you feel strong muscle contractions in your calves at a comfortable level. To test the device, place one hand across both foot-pads and increase the intensity. If you feel stimulation in your hand, the device is working.

Why are my legs aching after using Revitive Personal Care Products?
    • E
      Emily WilliamsAug 4, 2025
If your legs are aching after using the Revitive Personal Care Product, it's possible the intensity is too high, causing your muscles to overwork. Allow adequate recovery time between treatments, similar to post-exercise recovery. Start your next session at a lower, comfortable intensity where you feel mild electrical stimulation, and reduce the duration until your muscles adapt to the stimulation.

How to stop tapping noise when using Revitive ProHealth Personal Care Products IsoRocker?
    • J
      Jacob MeyerAug 20, 2025
If the IsoRocker® on your Revitive Personal Care Product makes a tapping noise on a hard floor, adjust the device's position or lower the intensity level to reduce the tapping. Alternatively, use a floor mat under the device to cushion the sound.
