  To ensure you feel the electrical stimulation through the foot pads of your Revitive Personal Care Product, make sure both bare feet are placed on the foot pads simultaneously. Gradually increase the intensity, up to a maximum of 50, until you feel the stimulation. If this doesn't work, the soles of your feet may be dry. Moisturize them to improve conductivity, and increase the intensity level. Also, you may be dehydrated, so drink plenty of water before and after using the device, as water helps conduct electricity. Ensure that the intensity level is not too low, gradually increasing it until you feel the stimulation. Also, make sure that the electrode body pads are disconnected.

  If your legs are aching after using your Revitive Personal Care Product, it may be because the intensity was set too high, overworking your muscles. Allow sufficient recovery time after each treatment, similar to what you'd do after vigorous exercise. During your next session, begin with a lower intensity setting where you can comfortably feel mild electrical stimulation, and reduce the duration until your muscles adjust to the stimulation.
