3.9 Protection Against Contact with Hot Parts
CAUTION
Housing surfaces could be extremely hot!
Danger of injury! Danger of burns!
⇒ Do not touch housing surfaces near sources of heat!
Danger of burns!
⇒ After switching the equipment off, wait at least ten
(10) minutes to allow it to cool down before touching
it.
⇒ Do not touch hot parts of the equipment, such as
housings with integrated heat sinks and resistors.
Danger of burns!
WARNING
Burning via hot surface with temperatures over
100°C
⇒ Do not touch the hot motor housing! Risk of
burning!
⇒ Touch the motor only after cooling! A cooling up to
140 minutes can be necessary! The stated
thermical time constant in the technical data is a
measure for the necessary cooling time.
⇒ Do not work on hot surfaces.
⇒ Use safety gloves.
