Short detected in ECO/temperature probe or wiring. Refer to A022.

Error A025 No Blower RPM Feedback

Control does not detect blower RPM; check blower voltage, wiring, or blower itself.

Error A026 Blower RPM Mismatch

Blower RPM mismatch detected; check wiring harness and potentially replace blower.

Error A027 Flame Present Before Ignition

Flame detected prior to ignition; check for flame, earth ground, or replace controller.

Unit lost flame signal during heating; attempts 3 times, then locks out with A002.

Water leak detected by control; check for leaks, sensor, or resolve leak.

No water detected; ensure tank is full, check for anode alerts, and follow diagnostic steps.

Error T009 No Gas Detected

Gas pressure switch is open; check wiring, inlet gas pressure, or replace switch.

Error T020 Lower Tank Sensor Open

Lower tank temperature sensor is open; check harness, resistance, or replace sensor/board.

Error T021 Lower Tank Sensor Shorted

Short detected in lower temperature probe wiring; check probe, wiring, or board.
