You will need to following tools to work on the Heat Pump Water Heater:
• ¼” nut driver (magnetic would be best)
• #2 phillips
• Adjustable wrench
• Multimeter – capable of 120/240 volts readings and Ohms resistance
• 1 ½” element wrench
• Torx #20 screwdriver
Error Code LED
Light
This LED will blink when there
is a problem with the water
heater.
Circuit Board

The circuit board controls all
the electrical and temperature
sensing inputs for the heat
pump water heater. Connections
only go one way and are unique
to each connection port.
