  If your Rhin-O-Tuff Binding Machine isn't cycling, here are a few things to check: * Ensure the power switch is on. * Verify both ends of the power cord are securely connected. * Confirm the foot-pedal cable is properly attached to the machine. * Lock the die lock handle. * Remove the reversing tool and store it correctly.

What to do if the die does not go into my Rhin-O-Tuff OD4012?

  If the die on your Rhin-O-Tuff Binding Machine isn't going into the machine, make sure the pin retainer enters the slot in the pusher-bar. If that doesn't work, try restarting the machine by turning the power off and then back on. Also, ensure the handle is in the unlock position.
