  If the Power Crimper on your Rhin-O-Tuff Binding Machine isn't working, check these: 1. Ensure the power cord is plugged into a working wall outlet. 2. Confirm the machine's power switch is in the “ON” position. 3. Verify the Foot Pedal is correctly plugged into the back of the machine. 4. Check that the Foot Pedal Switch on the top right of the machine is set to the ‘Crimped Coil’ icon. 5. Press the Foot Pedal; the red LED should light up.

  If the coil isn't crimping properly on your Rhin-O-Tuff Binding Machine, verify that the Crimper Adjustment Dial is set correctly for the coil diameter you're using. Also, ensure the end of the coil element is pushed against the crimper knives and the shield is in the down position.

  If the coil isn't spinning into the punched holes on your Rhin-O-Tuff Binding Machine, try these steps: * Ensure the machine is powered on and the coil roller switch is turned ‘ON’ (the green LED should be lit). If the light is off, press the Coil Roller Switch button above the LED panel. * Make sure the power cord is plugged into a working wall outlet. * Tap the edge of your document to align the holes evenly. * Use the front Crimper Tray to shape the book to match the coil's contour. * Confirm the coil touches both rollers (top and bottom) by gently touching the coil where the rollers meet.
