3. Disconnect the scanning belt from the bottom of the CIS unit, and then lay the CIS aside (you do
not need to disconnect the CIS) ( x1).
4. Disconnect the timing belt from the scanner motor pulley ( x1).
5. Disconnect the scanner motor bracket ( x3).
