If a green frame appears on your Ricoh Digital Camera even when it's not in focus, it could be due to the camera incorrectly focusing because the distance to the subject is too close. Try shooting with macro mode or moving away from the subject. Alternatively, you may have moved the camera when pressing the shutter release button. Hold the camera in both hands with your elbows pressed lightly against your torso, use a tripod, or use the camera shake correction function.

If you're unable to view the shot image on your Ricoh Digital Camera, it's possible that the image confirmation time is too short. Lengthen the image confirmation time.
