Why can't I replay the contents of SD Memory Card on my Ricoh Digital Camera?
    • D
      Dustin GomezSep 9, 2025
If the contents of SD Memory Card cannot be replayed, or the replay screen does not appear on your Ricoh Digital Camera, load a card with stored images if a Memory Card is not loaded or a Memory Card with no stored images is loaded. Load a card that was formatted and stored on by this device if you played back a Memory Card that was not formatted by this device. Load a normally recorded card if you played back a Memory Card that was not recorded normally. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth if the Memory Card's contact surfaces are dirty. Play another card and if there is nothing wrong with it, the camera is OK. There may be something wrong with the card, so do not use it.

What to do if my Ricoh Caplio GX Digital Camera won't shoot even when I press the button?
    • P
      pollardmartinAug 23, 2025
To resolve a Ricoh Digital Camera not shooting when you press the button, first, if using alkaline batteries, replace them with a new set. If using rechargeable batteries, recharge them or use the AC Adapter. Then, ensure the power is on and the camera is in Shooting Mode. Press the shutter button all the way. Format the Memory Card, or load a new card, or delete unwanted files. If the Memory Card life has ended, load a new Memory Card. Wait until the flash lamp stops blinking or release the "Lock (write-protection)". Finally, wipe the SD Memory Card's contact surfaces with a soft, dry cloth.

Why does my Ricoh Digital Camera power cut out during use?
    • J
      Joshua TurnerAug 26, 2025
If your Ricoh Digital Camera's power cuts out during use, it might be because the camera was left unattended and unused, so Auto Power-Off shut it off; turn the power back on. Alternatively, the batteries may be running low. If you are using alkaline batteries, replace them. If you are using a rechargeable battery, recharge it or use the AC Adapter.
