Why does my Riello RTC keep shutting down?

  Your Riello Boiler might be shutting down due to several reasons. It could be a control thermostat problem, in which case you should check the functioning of the aquastat. Also, check the temperature setting, the electrical wiring, and the sensor bulbs. Another cause may be no water supply, so check the circuit pressure. Finally, air in the circuit could be the culprit; in this case, check the vent valve.

  If your Riello Boiler isn't reaching the set temperature, several factors could be responsible. The heat exchanger might be dirty, so clean the flue gas pipes. Also, the heat exchanger and burner might be mismatched; check the specifications and settings. Insufficient gas flow to the burner could also be the cause, so check and adjust the burner. A control thermostat problem could be present, so check the functioning of the aquastat. Finally, check the temperature setting.

  If your radiators are still cold even though your Riello Boiler has reached the set temperature, it could be due to a few reasons. There might be air in the circuit, so bleed the circuit. The pump might be malfunctioning, so check/release the pump. Finally, there could be a problem with the minimum temperature aquastat (if present), so check the temperature setting.
