When used in conjunction with a CE marked jet burner, they also satisfy the requirements of the
Gas Directive 2009/142/CE and applicable sections of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive
2014/30/UE and Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/UE.
When RTS 3S boilers up to 400 kW are used in conjunction with a fuel oil burner,
they conform to the Energy-Related Products Directive 2009/125/EC
and to the EU Delegated Regulation 813/2013.
