The diffracted beam monochromator (hereafter ca

to detect only the
Ka
X-rays, and remove the K~ X-rays, which interfere with
detecting the diffraction peaks
of
minor components. By using this
monochromator with
0/teX
Ultra250, measurement is available in an even
higher energy resolution and detects the diffraction peaks
of
minor components

ID
measurement to use only the Ka X-rays.
