I Sample section
The sample section consists
of
three units: attachment platform, attachment and
sample holder.
The attachment platform
is

lectable either from the fixed sample platform for
powder samples or universal Z attachment platform with Z-axjs ad
ju
st
ment
mechanism. On the univer
sa
l Z attachment platform, a variety
of
attachments
or
attachment bases such as for sample rotation/spinning, and for In-situ
measurement can be installed.
The attachment bases whlch are in
sta
lled on the universal Z attachment platform
can combine with different attachment heads such as for mapping measurement
and random orientation measurement. These attachment bases, attachments, and
attachment heads can be easily changed.
