connected to the computer?
A: Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Ensure that you can preview the photos directly on the camera's LCD
screen before connecting it to the computer. This confirms that the
photos are accessible and not the cause of the issue.
Try using a different Type-C USB cable or connecting the camera to a
different USB port on your computer. Faulty cables or USB ports can
sometimes prevent proper communication between the camera and
computer.
