7. Q: HT-10 does not work at night or does not record at the set
length?
A: If the battery level is low (around 1/3 of its charge), the Night Vision
function will be automatically turned off to conserve power. To resolve
this issue, please replace the batteries with fresh ones. Once the new
batteries are inserted, the Night Vision function will be automatically
activated.
It is important to note that the current batteries are nearing depletion,
which is likely impacting the camera's performance. Replacing them
with fully charged batteries will ensure optimal functionality, including
night vision capabilities and the ability to record for the set duration.
8. Q: Why does the HT-10 camera have 8 battery slots if it can work
with only 4 batteries?
A: The HT-10 camera's power module is divided into two groups: the
upper and lower sections. It has the capacity to support up to eight
batteries. They can alternate between using four batteries or all eight
batteries in the HT-10 camera.
Please ensure that you purchase AA alkaline batteries from reputable
brands with excellent quality. Note that the HT-10 camera does not
support the use of lithium batteries.
9. Q: How do I get the camera to work for the specified time?
