  If your Riken Keiki Gas Detectors display 'FAIL - LOW FLOW', this indicates a low flow rate. This can happen due to clogs, a bended hose, or pump failure. First, check for and eliminate any clogs or bending in the sampling part or hose. Then, press the RESET button. If the pump has failed, or the unit was stored for a long time without being used (6 months or longer), request RIKEN KEIKI to replace the pump. If the unit was stored for a long time, try turning it off and on again several times.
