UK WARRANTY
As the purchaser of this high quality Rinnai water heater REU-1412FFU-E, REU-1412FFU
(F)-E, REU-1110FFU-E or REU-1110FFU(F)-E you are provided with the following condition-
al warranty:
Rinnai Continuum units used in commercial situations are only subject to a 1 year warranty
across the board. Commercial situations should be supplied by the Rinnai HD range.
No Rinnai warranty will cover damage/faults arising from moving or storing the unit; improper
installation or gas supply; water contaminants beyond defined limits; environmental factors;
plumbing fittings, or other outside influences of which Rinnai is not responsible.
Service calls for these issues will be chargeable.
The unit must be serviced annually to validate the warranty.
The warranty period begins on customer’s date of purchase.
