  If your Riso Computer Hardware indicates a paper jam error, here’s what you can do: * Open the ADF cover to remove any jammed originals; you might also remove them from the auto document feeder's bottom by lifting the platen cover. * Inspect the paper feeding side, lower the paper feed tray, and clear any jammed paper. If the error persists, press the [RESET] key. Adjusting the paper feed setting lever might also help. * Extract the print drum (cylinder) and carefully remove any jammed paper. Be cautious of ink residue and sharp hooks inside the unit. * Inspect the paper receiving side and remove any jammed papers.
