Function Description:

The RitFit PPC02 Power Cage is a versatile piece of home gym equipment designed for strength training. It allows users to perform various exercises using weight training equipment (not included) and their body weight to develop major muscle groups. The integrated lat pull-down system expands the range of exercises possible, targeting back and arm muscles. The power cage provides a safe and stable environment for lifting weights, with features like safety bars and J-hooks to support barbells.
