7. Screw the M6 x 70 MM bolt (28) into the end of the front seat
tensioner (15) until snug. SEE FIGURE 4A
8. Slide the front seat tensioner assembly from FIGURE 4A
through the open tube mount on the lower front edge of the
seat assembly (13) such that the bolt end of the front seat
tensioner assembly bumps up against the end of the closed tube
mount. Make sure the bolt holes line up in the open tube
mount located on seat assembly (13) and front seat tensioner
assembly. SEE FIGURE 4.
9. Secure the front seat tensioner assembly to the open tube mount
of the seat assembly (13) using a 1/4-20 x 1-1/2 IN bolt (33)
and a 1/4-20 nut (36). Push a 22 MM square end plug (31) into
the outside of the open tube mount. SEE FIGURE 4.
10. Using the provided 4 MM allen wrench, rotate the M6 x 70 MM
bolt (28) counter-clockwise, through hole in the tube mount,
to create tension in the TearTu seat (13). Do not over tension
the seat because it could cause the seat tensioner (15) to bow
and the M6 X 70 MM bolt (28) to strip. SEE FIGURE 4.

5. Assemble the foot platform (2) to the rear seat supports (14 & 19)
using two 1/4-20 x 2 -1/4 IN bolts (34) and two 1/4-20 nuts (36) as
shown in FIGURE 3.
6. Connect the front of the foot platform (2) to the ared platform
rails (8) and the footrest (6) with two 1/4-20 x 3-1/4 IN bolts (35), six
yellow washers (23) and two 1/4-20 nuts (36) as shown in FIGURES
3 AND 3A.
NOTE: The order of the hardware is necessary to allow for the
footrest to properly function.
