What to do if RKS Bicycle motor doesn't assist after turning on?
- MmelissapageAug 3, 2025
If your RKS Bicycle motor isn't providing assistance when you press the '6km/h' button or pedal after switching on the main battery, there are a few potential causes: * The motor cable waterproof connection joint may be loose. Check the connection and tighten it securely if needed. * The brake lever might not be fully returning, cutting off power. Ensure the brake lever returns to its normal, non-braking position. * The battery fuse could be broken. Open the battery pack top handle and inspect the fuse. If it's broken, contact your dealer or an authorized service to install a new fuse.
