Why does my RKS Bicycle have less continuous driving range after full charging?

  If your RKS Bicycle has a reduced driving range after a full charge, the issue could be due to lack of air pressure in the tires, improper charging, a charger malfunction or the battery reaching the end of its life. Ensure tires are inflated, and check the plug and charger connection. If the charger is malfunctioning or the battery is out of its usage life, get it fixed/replaced in a nominated maintenance station.

  If your RKS Bicycle powers on but the meter shows no indication and the bicycle won't start, the issue might be a burnt fuse or a disconnected battery cord. Try replacing the fuse. If that doesn't work, check and connect the battery cord.
