If your RKS Bicycle motor isn't providing assistance after being switched on, several factors could be the cause. It might be due to a loose motor cable waterproof connection joint; ensure it is securely fixed. Alternatively, the brake lever may not be fully returning, which cuts off power; make sure it returns to its normal position. A broken battery fuse could also be the culprit; inspect the fuse located under the battery pack top handle. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it is recommended to contact your vendor or an authorized service.
