- The next step is to assemble the drive unit: fit together the
sheet drum 7.13, the guide disc 7.15, the spacer disc 7.16
and the large sprocket, and fix this assembly to the sail-
winch using the screw 7.17 - Fig. 92.
- Re-install the retaining screw 7.6 and nut 7.10. Fit the
small sprocket and tighten the self-locking nut 7.18 to the
point where it still just rotates freely.
- Solder up the loop of the ring-screw 7.19 to close it, and
install it using the nuts 7.20 as shown in Fig. 93.
- Cut the triangular-section strips 7.21 to length and glue
them to the deflector plate 7.22 as shown in Fig. 94.
- Glue the deflector plate 7.22 in place as shown in Fig. 95.
- Lay the chain 7.23 over the sprockets and place it under
light tension; check that it is engaged over both sprockets.
- Glue the deflector plate 7.24 in place - Fig. 96.
- Glue the mounting 7.25 to the underside of the edge of the

flanged side, and fit the sprocket 7.8 and hexagon driver
7.9 on it.
- Fit and tighten the nut 7.10 to hold the assembly together.
- Continue the 1.5 mm Ø holes in the servo output disc
through the sprocket.
- Dismantle the assembly and open up the holes in the
servo output disc to 2.5 mm Ø, then mantle the assembly
back together again.
- Screw the servo output disc to the sprocket (7.11), fitting
the washers 7.12 between them - Fig. 89.
- Remove the driver 7.9 and the screw 7.6.
- Fit the sheet drum 7.13 and the small sprocket 7.14 on the
