5-4-12 CYLINDER BAFFLE
Install cylinder baffle to cylinder head.
M6 x 8 mm flange bolt : 4 pcs.
5-4-13 FLYWHEEL MAGNETO
(1) Install charge coil to crankcase. (Option)
Clamp coil wire to crankcase.
(2) Put woodruff key in keyway of crankshaft. Wipe
off oil and grease thoroughly from tapered por-
tion of crankshaft and flywheel center hole.
(3) Install flywheel to crankshaft.
Tighten flywheel nut with spring washer and
washer.
(4) Install starting pulley to flywheel.
M8 x 12 mm bolt : 3 pcs.
5-4-14 IGNITION COIL
Install ignition coil to crankcase.
Adjust air gap between ignition coil and flywheel
using a thickness gauge and tighten bolts.
M6 x 25 mm bolt : 2 pcs.

Note:
Be careful not to pinch coil wire between
charge coil and crankcase.
Tightening torque : 78.4 - 98.0 N
