cobas c pack opener Troubleshooting
After inserting a cobas c pack large: Mechanism does not start, the blue light fails to switch on again.
Main causes o The cobas c pack large was inserted without an adapter and it was pushed up
during insertion.
o The wrong adapter was used and the cobas c pack large was pushed up during
insertion.
Remedies o Pull out the cobas c pack large.
o Insert the proper adapter.
o Reinsert the cobas c pack large.
After inserting a cobas c pack large: Mechanism does not start.
Main cause The cobas c pack large was inserted without an adapter.
Remedy o Pull out the cobas c pack large completely.
o Place the adapter.
o Insert the cobas c pack large again.
The unit does not work and the light flashes (a cobas c pack large was inserted).
Main cause Mechanism is stuck.
Remedies o Switch off the unit.
o Remove the adapter. The cobas c pack large drops down.
o Pull out the cobas c pack large.
o Replace the adapter.
o Switch on the unit.
The unit does not work, no cobas c pack large is inserted and the light is not flashing.
Main cause The cobas c pack opener has no power.
Remedies o Check that the power cord is connected to the power supply.
o Switch off the unit and switch it on again.
o Replace the fuses.
