Step 1:
The first thing you want to do is
remove the reservoir cover, and
remove the reservoir itself. In the 4
corners around the reservoir, there
are the small Phillips head screws,
remove them using your Phillips
head screwdriver.
You should now be able to lift the
top panel off of the machine, it
should look something like this:
