What to do if Bluetooth pairing fails on Rockville Speakers?

If your Rockville Speakers won't pair via Bluetooth, first ensure both your speaker and device are on and discoverable. Select the correct source on the speaker. Keep the Bluetooth device within 5 feet of the speaker. Move both devices away from other Bluetooth devices, microwaves, wireless routers, and electronics. Also, verify that the speaker isn't already paired with another device.
