The maximum number of simultaneous PCM voices (maximum polyphony) is limited by
the number available on the GS sound source, i.e., 24. This mode recognizes Exclusive
message intended for the CM-32L, CM-32P and CM-64, and disregards any Exclusive
message pertaining to the GS sound source.
The PCM cards can't be used with the CM-500 since it doesn't actually have a card slot.
However the Mode B program numbers 65 to 128 are set for the tones corresponding to

the PCM cards.
