SONG COMPOSER
The COMPOSER is a unique «six track
sequencer» that can record and store
three complete songs for playback at
any time.
Accompaniment and melody can be
recorded simultaneously but if record-
ing separately, we suggest that the ac-
companiment be recorded first.
The maximum amount of chord
changes recordable in one measure is
96.
The mininum length of melody notes
that can be recorded in one measure is
a sixty-fourth note triplet.
All events recorded in the Composer
will be retained until they are changed.
Turning the instrument off will not
erase a recorded track or song.
SELECTING A SONG
To select the song you wish to record
or to play back, press and hold the
REC/PUNCH IN tab [56] (or the
PLAY-tab [57}). The following display
will appear:

Select the desired song pressing the
TEMPO DATA “+” and “—” tabs

RECORDING A SONG
1. Stop the current Style by pressing
the START/STOP button [16].
2. Press the REC/PUNC IN button
[56] (the corresponding Led will
light).
8. Select the track you wish to record
by pressing the corresponding but-
ton in the KEYBOARD MODE
Section.

Der Composer ist ein Sequenzer mit
sechs Tracks, auf denen Sie drei Songs
aufnehmen und wieder abspielen
kénnen.
Sie kénnen die Melodie und die Beglei-
tung gleichzeitig aufnehmen. Bei sepa-
rater Aufnahme empfehlen wir, daf Sie
zunachst die Begleitung aufnehmen.
Die maximale Zah] von Akkordande-
rungen in einem Takt liegt bei 96
Wechseln. Die kiirzeste Lange einer
Note liegt bei einer 64-tel Triole.
Alle im Composer aufgenommenen Da-
ten bleiben erhalten, bis sie geandert
werden. Das Ausschalten des E-35
léscht keine Informationen aus dem
Composer.

Wenn Sie einen Song anwahlen méch-
ten (Aufnahme oder Playback), driicken
und halten Sie die REC/PUNCH IN-
Taste [56] (oder die PLAY-Taste [57]);
folgendes Display erscheint:

Wahlen Sie einen Song mit den Tasten
TEMPO DATA “+” und “—” [12].
AUFNAHME EINES SONGS
1. Stoppen Sie den zuletzt verwende-
ten Rhythmus durch Driicken der
START/STOP-Taste [16].
2. Driicken Sie die REC/PUNCH IN-
Taste [56] (die Led leuchtet).
8. Die Track, auf der Sie aufnehmen
wollen, wahlen Sie durch Drticken
der Tasten im KEYBOARD MODE-
Bereich.

Le COMPOSER (compositeur) est un
fantastique ‘‘séquenceur 4 6 bandes”’
qui peut enregistrer et stocker trois
morceaux complets pour étre écoutés
& tout instant.
L’Accompagnement (ARRANGER) et
la mélodie peuvent étre enregistrés en
méme temps, mais s’ils sont enregistrés
séparément, nous vous suggérons d’en-
registrer l’Accompagnement avant.
Le nombre maximum de changements
d’accord enregistrables dans une mesu-
re est de 96. La durée minimum de no-
tes mélodiques dans une mesure est une
tierce d’1/64 de note. Tout ce qui est en-
registré dans le Compositeur sera con-
servé jusqu’a d’autres changements. Si
vous éteignez votre instrument, le mor-
ceau ou la bande déja enregistrés ne se-
ront pas effacés.
SELECTIONNER UN MORCE AU
Pour sélectionner un morceau (Song) a
enregistrer ou reproduire, pressez le
bouton REC/PUNC IN [56] (ou bien le
bouton PLAY [57]) et maintenez-le
pressé. Sur l’afficheur apparaitra le
message suivant:

ENREGISTRER UN MORCE{ U
1. Arrétez le style s’il est en train de
jouer & l’aide du bouton STA&RT/
STOP [16].
. Pressez le bouton REC/PUN(HI IN
[56] (la Led correspondante s’al-
lumera).
3. Choisissez la bande que vous syethai-
tez enregistrer a l’aide des box tons
de la section KEYBOARD MyDF
