1. Introduction
This manual aims to help you get the latest software programs for your keyboards.
The update process includes two major steps:
1. Install the update tool to your PC.
2. Update your instrument with the tool.
ITEMS TO PREPARE FOR THE UPDATE
Following items are required to perform the update.
1. GO:PIANO88 itself
2. PC to send the updater to the instrument
3. USB Standard Cable
4. Roland Comm Firmware Update Setup V2.9.3 (Please download from Roland official website)
5. GO-88P_V130.DAT file (Please download from Roland official website)
2. Install the Roland Comm Firmware Update
2.1 Preparation
⚫ Make sure your PC has the operating system Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.
⚫ Disengage the anti-virus programs or security software on PC if there is any.
⚫ If you have installed the update tool, you may skip the following steps and go to Firmware Update.
2.2 Double click the setup icon.
