Front Panel Controls

Power Switch

This switch turns the power On/Off.

MIDI Message Indicator (LED)

This indicator lights when a MIDI message is received.

PCM Card Slot

Slot for separately sold sound library cards (SN-U110 series).

Part / Rhythm Instrument Select Buttons

Buttons to select parts 1 to 6 in play or edit mode.

Value Buttons

Buttons to change setting values, with rapid change when held.

Enter Button

Used mainly to specify a menu item in Edit or Data Mode.

Exit Button

Returns to the previous higher level in Editing or Data Mode.

Cursor Buttons

Move the cursor for menu items/parameters or select displays.

Data (Reverb) Button

Enter Data Mode or jump to Reverb display.

Edit (Chorus) Button

Enter Edit Mode or jump to Chorus display.

Jump Button

Use for a short-cut to a specific display.

Mark Button

Memorizes the display to which you want to Jump.

LCD Display

Shows various settings and parameter values.

Volume Knob

Adjusts overall Volume for Mix Out and Phones jacks.

Phones Jack

Connect stereo headphones (5-150 ohms).

Rear Panel Connections

MIDI Connectors (In, Thru, Out)

Connect and communicate with other MIDI devices.

Direct Out Jacks (L/R)

Output direct sound without effects in stereo.

Mix Out Jacks (R & L/Mono)

Output processed sound with effects in stereo.

Fixed / Variable Switch

Determines if Volume knob affects Mix Out volume.
