Starting your digital camera
Switching on
Slide the on/off switch lever to the right to turn the camera on. The LCD screen lights up and the
zoom lens extends, indicating that the camera is on and ready to use.
Turning off
Slide the on/off switch lever to the left to turn your camera off.
Mode wheel
Your digital camera has 8 different modes. Turn the mode dial to select your desired mode.
Note: The camera mode with the setting on the mode dial is the default mode when the camera
is turned on.
