  If your Rollplay Toy vehicle isn't running, several factors could be at play. The battery might be low or dead, in which case you should recharge it or call Customer Service for a replacement. Also, check if the battery terminal connector is loose or detached and reconnect it if necessary. It's also possible that the drive chain fell off, so try reinstalling the chain. If none of these steps work, the electrical components may be broken or the motor damaged, and you should contact Customer Service for troubleshooting.

  If your Rollplay Toy vehicle runs slowly, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure the battery is fully charged and securely connected during recharging. If the battery is old, contact Customer Service to order a replacement. Also, check if there is too much weight on the vehicle, the maximum weight is 50 kg / 110 lb, and make sure you operate the vehicle on level ground and safe surfaces. In case the caster wheel is worn, contact Customer Service.
