  If your Rollplay Toy vehicle isn't running, there are several potential causes. First, the battery might be low; try recharging it. If that doesn't work, check if the wheel snap pins are loose and tighten them. Also, ensure the battery connectors are securely attached. This product uses a recoverable fuse which will automatically cut power to the truck if the current is overflowed. The truck will recover and properly function again in 5 to 10 seconds. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the battery may be dead, or the electrical system or motor may be damaged, in which case you should contact Customer Service.

Ensure you have a secure connection when recharging and allow it to charge for at least 8-12 hours, but never for more than 30 hours. The battery might not be fully charged or could be old, consider replacing it. Also, make sure you are not exceeding the maximum weight limit of 59 kg (130 lbs) on the vehicle.
